I picked this up to get a structured walk through deep RL after stitching together too many disconnected blog posts. Notes below are my own summary per chapter - they exist mostly so I have something to come back to before moving on.
The whole idea is that I read multiple technical books in parallel, never finish them, and then forget what I read. Putting the notes on the website is the forcing function: if I’m not willing to write down what a chapter said, I probably didn’t understand it.
